PAYMENT SCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY:
All packages & hourly appointments must be pre-paid before the start of service. We accept Cash, Venmo & Apple Pay.
HOURLY SERVICES ONLY: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund on hourly services. If cancellations are made within 24 hours of the start of service, a 50% refund will be made on the previously agreed upon hours of service.
For example, if you book a 3 hour service at $100/hr and cancel within 24 hours of service start time, you will only be refunded $150.
PACKAGES: No refunds on pre-paid packages (i.e. Delicate, Regular, or Permanent Press packages).
